The Tainan Family Education Center Collaborates with Ta Ya Group to Advocate Family Education (Report by Mega Time)

       The Tainan City Family Education Center is committed to promoting family education, in the hope of raising awareness about the importance of family education. The Family Education Center started working together with the business sector in 2018 to instill family education into company workers, hoping that it would improve workers' sense of well-being in their families as well as remind them of the importance of family education and to care for people whom they are close to outside of work.

       To ensure that every citizen has a warm, harmonious and healthy family, the Tainan City Family Education Center continues to plan courses and events suitable for all types of families. Course contents include parenting education, marital education, inter-generational education and so on. The family education consultation hotline, 412-8185, is also publicized via multiple channels. It is hoped that by offering diverse courses, more people will be encouraged to join, and learn to see the beauty of families, revealing the positive force of every family.

       Chang, Ping-Ying, the Director of the Family Education Center, stated that collaborations with more enterprises to organize family education courses and events are welcomed. The Center offers diverse methods, including professional lecturers who can deliver speeches in companies, film screening and commentary, parent-child activities, and family education days to pass on the meaning of family education and promote family education hand in hand.
