        The results of the regular review of constituents of the “TWSE Corporate Governance 100 Index” were unveiled today (17-TW), featuring 22 new companies mostly in the shipping and finance sector. Several small- and medium-sized electronics companies have been removed. The review results take effect tomorrow (18)
       Taiwan Index Plus has released the results of the regular review of TWSE Corporate Governance 100 Index constituents. Newly added 22 constituents include Taita Chemical Company TCC (1309-TW), China Petrochemical Development Corporation CPDC (1314-TW), Taya Group (1609-TW), Eternal Materials (1717-TW), Tung Ho Steel (2006-TW), Chroma ATE (2360-TW), Greatek Electronics GTK (2441-TW), Evergreen Marine Corporation EMC (2603-TW), U-Ming Marine (2606-TW), China Airlines (2610-TW), Wan Hai Lines (2615-TW), Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation THSRC (2633-TW), Central Reinsurance Corporation (2851-TW), President Securities Corp. PSC (2855-TW), Masterlink Securities ML (2856-TW), Mega Financial Holding Co. FHC (2886-TW), Taliang Technology (3167-TW), Innolux Corporation (3481-TW), TPK-KY(3673-TW), Capital Securities Corp. CSC (6005-TW), Capital Futures Corp. CFC (6024-TW), and Sinyi Realty (9940-TW).
        5 of the newly added constituents are shipping companies and 6 belong to the financial sector.
        The following 21 constituents have been removed: Asia Polymer Corporation APC (1308-TW), Enterex Group - KY (1592-TW), Standard Chemical & Pharmaceutical Co. SCPC (1720-TW), Lite-On Technology LTC (2301-TW), Microelectronics Technology Inc. MTI(2314-TW), Accton Technology Corp. (2345-TW), Qisda Corporation (2352-TW), Foxconn Technology Corp. FTC (2354-TW), Gigabyte Technology (2376-TW), Weltrend Semiconductor (2436-TW), Evergreen International Storage & Transport Corp. EITC (2607-TW), China Bills Finance Corporation CBF (2820-TW), TXC Corp. (3042-TW), Kinsus Interconnect Technology (3189-TW), Formosa Sumco Technology Corporation FST (3532-TW), AVer Information (3669-TW), SCI Pharmatech (4119-TW), Radiant Opto-Electronics Corp. ROEC (6176-TW), GiantPlus Technology (8105-TW), Supreme Electronics (8112-TW), and Giant Bicycles (9921-TW).
       On the other hand, ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd (3711-TW) was added due to the merger of ASE Group (2311-TW) and Siliconware Precision Industries SPIL (2325-TW) on April 30 pursuant to the Business Mergers And Acquisitions Act. The two original companies were removed.
       Regular reviews of “TWSE Corporate Governance 100 Index” are carried out every July based on liquidity inspections, corporate governance appraisals and selections, and three financial indicators (BPS no lower than face value, net income ranking, and revenue growth ranking- TW)
