The New Business Development, Investment and Copper Management is divided into several departments including: Bonding Wire, Investment, Taipei Administration Office, and Copper Management. It is one of Ta Ya's business groups that specializes in bare copper wire production, sale, research, and development of bonding wire, and development of new businesses. In addition to supplying high quality bare copper wires to local, foreign, mid-stream, and downstream customers, the business group also began development of copper bonding wires in 2003. Its main products include: bonding copper wires, gold-palladium-plated copper wires, and pd-coated bonding wires. Products are used widely in IC packaging.
