TAYA Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

TAYA Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 by TAYA Group to expand into the solar energy industry through strategic cooperation with Heng Techonology, a leading solar power system integration brand with 21 years of local operating experience.
Aligned with TAYA Group’s vision of becoming a leading energy integration brand, the company is committed to meeting diverse customer needs and achieving the long-term goal that “wherever there is sunlight, TAYA products will be present.”

The company’s subsidiaries include:
  • Bos Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (development of power plants under 500kW)
  • Boshuo Electric Power Co., Ltd.
  • Daju Electric Power Co., Ltd.
  • Xinzong Electric Power Co., Ltd. (electricity project development above 500kW)
  • Zhiguang Energy Co., Ltd. (fishery-solar symbiosis project development)
These companies specialize in medium- and large-scale solar PV power plant development and PV-ESCO business operations.
Although solar power plant operation may appear simple, it requires extensive technical expertise across multiple domains, including site and climate assessment, supply chain management of components, system verification, operation and maintenance (O&M), and fault troubleshooting. Many solar operators have been forced to exit the market within ten years due to operational challenges, resulting in numerous under-maintained or abandoned power plants, which highlights the critical importance of plant operation and O&M services.
The cross-domain collaboration with Heng Technology has enabled TAYA Green Energy to become the first company in Taiwan and the second in Asia to obtain Germany’s TÜV Rheinland O&M certification.
From initial investment analysis, risk control, procurement, construction, and maintenance services to a 20-year operation warranty and guaranteed power generation performance, TAYA Green Energy aims to invest in and complete the installation of 500MW of solar power capacity by 2030, promoting corporate responsibility in energy conservation and carbon reduction across Taiwan.
