TAYA Group Sustainability Management — A Model for Sustainable Development

TAYA Group continues to implement its 3E strategy — Emerging, Energy, and ESG, embedding sustainability across its own operations, value chain, and broader social engagement to generate positive impact.
To uphold its sustainability vision, the Company has formulated the “Sustainability Development Best Practice Principles of Taya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd.” These principles establish governance mechanisms covering economic, environmental, and social (including human rights) dimensions to achieve sustainable development objectives. The Principles were approved by the Board of Directors on April 25, 2022, and apply to the parent company and the Group’s overall operations.

These policies provide a structured foundation for advancing corporate sustainability across the Group.
The Environmental Policy, Energy Policy, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy are approved by the General Manager. The Human Rights Commitment and Biodiversity & No-Deforestation Commitment are approved by the Sustainability Committee and signed by the Chairman.
