To implement information security management, Ta Ya has adopted the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and established an Information Security Committee to oversee information security management.

Information Security
Governance

To strengthen information security management, TA YA established the Information Security Committee under the Board of Directors on August 5, 2020. The Committee supports the Board in overseeing the continued implementation of information security management and is responsible for formulating information security policies and management mechanisms, promoting information security initiatives, and planning related policies. The Committee is convened by an independent director. Given the importance of information security, the responsible function reviews the information security policy on a regular annual basis and reports to the Board at least once a year on information security governance and implementation. The Information Security Committee held one meeting on December 11, 2025, and reported its 2025 operations and implementation status to the Board on the same day.

On November 15, 2023, TA YA appointed one information security officer and one information security staff member. They are responsible for planning information security and physical security, conducting related audits, and coordinating, promoting, and supervising information systems and related activities.
