TA YA has established whistleblowing channels and reporting procedures in accordance with the TA YA Procedures for Handling Reports of Illegal, Unethical, or Dishonest Conduct. The Company also provides a Whistleblower Hotline to encourage the reporting of suspected criminal activities, fraud, or violations of laws and regulations.
