Based on risk assessment results, the Internal Audit Office develops audit plans accordingly. The Company has implemented the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS), establishing management policies that cover patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights as key intellectual property (IP) assets. Since February 2022, in accordance with the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management Specification (TIPS) A-Level (2016 Version), the Company has established and continuously optimized its IP management system. On November 28, 2022, following an on-site review by the Institute for Information Industry (III), the Company successfully obtained TIPS A-Level certification for trademarks and patents.
As of November 2022, the Company had obtained approval for a total of 62 domestic and international patents, of which 18 remain valid. One patent application was under review. Additionally, 100 domestic and international trademarks had been approved, with five trademark applications under examination.

The Procurement Department clearly stipulates purchasing policies in purchase orders, giving priority to raw materials with eco-friendly, energy-saving, water-saving, Energy Star, or government-recognized certifications. Suppliers that implement ISO management systems, ISO 50001, IATF 16949 certifications, and adopt energy-saving, water-saving, and carbon-reduction measures are given priority consideration. The procurement of raw materials containing conflict minerals is strictly prohibited.
