The 15th TPCA Show (2014) is scheduled to be held between the 22nd and the 24th at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. It is expected to attract more than 30,000 professionals from all over the world. Cuprime and Cugreen will be participating in this event to showcase their quality and diverse range of copper materials.

This year's TPCA Show will emphasize more on the PCB supply chain. A total of 362 companies from Japan, China, Korea, Switzerland, Singapore, the USA, and Hong Kong will be setting up displays in 1,334 booths. The booth count alone is 3% higher than the previous year.

Cuprime Material Co., Ltd. and Cugreen Metal Tech. Co., Ltd., both of which are subsidiaries of Ta Ya Group, will be participating in the exhibition as usual. Cuprime will primarily showcase its proprietary phosphorus copper balls, alone with secondary products including phosphorus/oxygen free copper nuggets and MMC phosphorus copper balls. The exhibition will emphasize on the stability and fineness of crystals offered by Cuprime's proprietary copper balls, as well as the ability to deliver customized requests. Meanwhile, Cugreen will primarily showcase its electroplating grade copper oxides, and emphasize on the solubility and flow of its products.

Phosphorus copper ball, copper oxide, and copper carbonates are vital to the electroplating process of the PCB industry. Compared to other suppliers of copper, Cuprime/Cugreen offer a more comprehensive and diverse range of products; as a result, they are able to attract buyers' attention during the show.
