Ta Ya Returns to the Real Estate Market with New Development Project at Yongkang District Qiaobei Section

       Ta Ya Group has been active in the diversification of its business involvements. The 14-unit luxury terrace house project planned by the Constructions Business Group at Yongkang District Qiaobei Section of Tainan City made its groundbreaking ceremony on October 17. This development project is expected to be completed by the end of 2015 and sell for a total of NT$3.4 billion.

       Ta Ya currently owns two pieces of land in Tainan City. One is located at Changrong Road with a size of 5228 square meters, and the other is located at Shuijiaoshe with a size of 1087 square meters. These two pieces of land will be developed at an appropriate time to bring revenues to the company.
