The TAYA Pristine Homeland foundation has entered into a collaborative agreement with Miracle Corporation to relocate some of the old trees the tree bank has in storage, including camphor, subcostate crape myrtle, cinnamon, soap nut tree, orange jasmine, and Asian bayberry, to an open space beside Miracle X House, where they can be admired by all residents.

Miracle Corporation not only restored the old house at Xinsheng North Road in a manner, it made further arrangements with TAYA Pristine Homeland foundation to maintain nearby lands as well. Ta Ya Chairman Shen Shang-Hung and Miracle President Zheng Zheng-Liang had even traveled far to the tree bank located at Shitan Township, Miaoli County, to pick out old trees from those that were forced to relocated due to road works or construction works. The two of them chose one century-old camphor and dozens of subcostate crape myrtle, cinnamon, soap nut tree, orange jasmine, and Asian bayberry to have them replanted on the ground beside the old house. In the future, the open land will have lawn laid and foot paths paved to give local residents a quality space where they can rest and marvel at the century-old trees.
