Cuprime the Largest Supplier of Copper Ball and Copper Block in Taiwan

       Taiwan Printed Circuit Association's TPCA SHOW was held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center between the 21st and 23rd this month. Cuprime Material Co., Ltd. and Cugreen Metal Tech. Co., Ltd., both of which are subsidiaries of Ta Ya Group, had participated in the exhibition and attracted the attention of many potential customers and solution/equipment suppliers. Together, they represent the largest supplier of copper balls and copper blocks in Taiwan.

       Cuprime has been a regular participant of TPCA SHOW since 2013. The exhibition provided the company with an opportunity to understand customers' demands and raise customers' confidence in the products it offers. These efforts have been reflected in the actual growth of copper ball and copper block sales. Today, Cuprime has become one of the main suppliers of prominent manufacturers including Compeg, Kinsus, Unimicron, and ASE.

       PCB industry is one of the key focuses of the Productivity 4.0 introduced by the Executive Yuan, and both copper ball and copper block are essential materials to the PCB industry. Throughout the exhibition, Cuprime's booth was constantly visited by existing customers, potential customers and suppliers (solution and equipment). Ta Ya Group Chairman Shen Shanghong also visited the exhibition to motivate employees, hoping that Cuprime and Cugreen may further increase their market share and secure their position as the largest suppliers in Taiwan.
