The Green Building Assessment System employs quantifiable assessment criteria based on the following seven indicators: Site Greenery, Site Water Retention, Water Resources, Daily Energy Conservation, CO2 Reduction, Waste Reduction, and Sewage & Garbage Improvements. The system has been in effect since September, 1999. In 2002, Two indicators (Biodiversity and Indoor Environment) were added to create a brand-new green building assessment mechanism with an expanded scope of nine indicators. The company applied for a green building label based on the assessment scope of “Daily Energy Conservation”.
It has made gradual progress toward Industry Greening in sync with international trends in the field of environmental protection, thereby boosting sustainable development.
