UEI sponsors THES for the 51st National Competition

        The United Electric Industry (UEI) of the Taya Group sponsors the boys’ basketball team of Tou Hu Elementary School (THES) for the 51st National Basketball Competition held by the ROC Mini Basketball Association.
        On April 21 (Sun), the scores of THES Vs. Nanao Elementary School of Yilan were 16-50. Yilan Nanao was the champion last year and has represented Taiwan in overseas events. It was an honor to have played with such a strong team.
        On April 22 (Mon), the scores of THES Vs. Zhongyi Elementary School of New Taipei were 40-42. At the age group competition last year, THES scored 20 points lower than the other team, so there has been progress since it is only two points lower this year.
On April 23 (Tue), the scores of THES Vs. Taipei Private Zhongshan Elementary School were 30-33. This was the first time for both teams to meet one another and each wanted to win the first game in the competition. Although THES lost the game in the end, it was an honor for the students to gain the most precious memories before graduation.
