With deep roots in the Central Taiwan market, TAYA Group today opened
its “Transparent Living Exhibition” at the National Taichung Theater.

Using enameled wire together with colored glaze craftsmanship to feel
the stabilizing force that binds all of us together every day.

From energy generation, transmission, conversion, and storage
to management, TAYA Group is committed to working hard together with Taiwan

TAYA Group, a leading brand of energy connection, is holding its “Transparent Living Exhibition” in The Sound Cave of the National Taichung Theater from October 6 (Wednesday) to October 31 (Sunday), 2021. This is done through cross-industry cooperation with Red Liuli, an arts and crafts brand with equally extensive roots in Taiwan that has perfected its skills in ceramic colored glass over the span of 65 years. Together, they have combined the craftsmanship of colored glaze with the original form of enameled wire to show the beauty of energy transmission. A total of seven transparent art objects are displayed in the exhibition. With the guidance of a musical narrator telling their stories, these objects bring both visual and auditory experiences to the exhibition. This in turn helps visitors feel more clearly that Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable has a presence in every part of their daily lives. In making its debut at the National Taichung Theater, one of nine new landmarks in the world and a landmark attraction in Taichung, the “Transparent Life Exhibition” highlights the determination of TAYA Group regarding the layout of Central Taiwan and the importance of deepening exchanges with the Taichung market. TAYA Group will continue to deliver stable power as always to support the daily life of this land of Taiwan.

In 2021, TAYA Group is celebrating its 66th anniversary. It is the only domestic wire and cable brand with extra-high-voltage power and telecommunications transmission as well as green energy, energy storage, and smart manufacturing technologies. In recent years, we have focused on high value-added products ranging from industrial motors and electronics and general household appliances to electric vehicles and bicycles as well as 5G development and other fields. In this way, we are enhancing our R&D technology to maintain industry competitiveness while striving to take hold of the smart technology market. Adhering to the spirit of connecting technology and striding towards sustainability, TAYA Group continuously transmits power to every client in a stable and reliable manner. We also allow partners who have not yet concluded cooperative relationships to personally experience the value-added empowerment of TAYA’s products. In addition to our attention to developing the field of energy connection, TAYA Group today held the opening ceremony for its “Transparent Living Exhibition” to continue to convey its brand proposition of the “Power of Stability.” It is hoped that in a time of uncertainty, this exhibition will lead people to see how TAYA uses its products to support everyone’s daily lives.

The Transparent Living Exhibition makes its debut at the National Taichung Theater, marking collaboration with Red Liuli to interpret the beauty of energy transmission

From the power supply networks of power plants in series and the cables used for daily MRT rides, to the enameled wires used for the internal parts of daily necessities such as electric cars and motorcycles, wireless earphones, and electric rice cookers, TAYA Group products can be found in every field of people’s lives and provide an indispensable power for stability. The “Transparent Living Exhibition” starts from the creative concept of “transparency,” which transmits invisible energy by displaying the original form of enameled wire in everyday objects. By matching the stories corresponding to the works in the exhibition, it leads visitors to penetrate the busyness and changes of surface life and see the real existence of TAYA. In order to create a unique transparent texture, this exhibition has been carried out in cooperation with Red Liuli, an arts and crafts brand that has been carrying on the memory of the ceramic colored glass industry for 65 years. It has used the clear and malleable nature of colored glaze to create seven transparent art objects using enameled wire. These objects include: a high-voltage cable, a mobile phone, an EV charger, earphones, a pump, an electric motorcycle, and an electric rice cooker. The “Transparent Living Exhibition” reorganizes the relationship between people and objects. In the process of giving the viewer a dialogue with the work, behind the touch and reflection of a convenient modern life, it is because there is a stable power that always maintains the daily life that connects people.

Actively laying out energy connections in the Central Taiwan market, leading the brand to implement sustainable management

The “Transparent Living Exhibition” chose to debut at the National Taichung Theater, which is known as the world’s most difficult building to construct and that stands as an iconic international attraction in Taichung. This demonstrates TAYA Group’s determination to expand in the Central Taiwan market. In view of the boom in real estate in Central Taiwan, many well-known construction companies have selected TAYA’s lead-free wire and cable products in recent years. In terms of public works and large-scale construction, TAYA Group has supplied station body and line engineering for the Beitun Depot and G0 Station (Beitun Main Station) and the G10-G17 stations (Shui-an Park-HSR Taichung Station) of the Taichung Metro system, as well as the new Taichung Green Museumbrary construction project integrating the concept of “two museums in one” between the municipal art museum and the municipal library. In recent years, sustainable management has become a prominent area of study for business management. In order to expand the promotion of household electrical safety issues, TAYA Pristine Homeland Foundation has teamed up with the Taiwan Professional Electrical Engineers Association R.O.C. to jointly organize an “Electrical Safety Inspection for Old Homes.” This initiative has invited professional electrical technicians to conduct household electrical safety testing for applicants. Since the opening of the Central Region in November 2018, the number of health-check households has exceeded 80 and it has continued to promote public attention to household electrical safety.
Over the span of sixty years, TAYA Group started out in the wire and cable industry and ultimately stepped into the field of smart technology. At the same time, we are aggressively focusing on the green energy and green power industries while creating a leading brand of energy connection that can provide complete solutions from energy generation, transmission, conversion and storage to management. Chairman Shen, Shang-Hung of TAYA Group has said: “We always maintain the spirit of innovation and change, and we steadily develop a diversified business strategy for the Group’s scale and layout. Only in this way can we continue to maintain the Company’s competitiveness in the face of changes across the generations. TAYA Group is committed to laying out a complete energy industry chain, and we expect to accumulate more abundant assets for the next generation of industry competition.”
