       TAYA Pristine Homeland Foundation held the “Hedges for the Ecology” event at the Er-Ren Creek Museum in Tainan on the 1st. The event comprised of two parts. The first part was weeding and planting, the second part was making natural mosquito repellents. A total of 83 Ta Ya Group employees and family members joined the lively event.

       TAYA Pristine Homeland Foundation, held the employee family day event yesterday (1st). The theme was yesterday (1st). The theme was planting, the second part was making natural Er-Ren Creek Museum at Ren-De District, Tainan, the event was phenomenal. In addition to planting hedges, natural mosquito repellents were made. The employees and family members of Ta Ya Group shared a wonderful morning.
       Wetlands Taiwan explained that this area has been in a drought for some time. Some flowers shriveled from the lack of water. This event was formed to help with replanting. There was heavy rainfall this morning, the soil is soft from absorbing water, making the weeding and planting much easier.

       There were three teams in the event. Each team had a designated area for weeding and planting yellow sages. The Wetlands Taiwan volunteers reminded to not cover too much soil when planting to prevent influencing plant growth.
        The participants showed great efficiency during the first part. Weeding and planting took less than an hour. Even though the sun was strong that day, it did not diminish anyone’s efficiency and passion.

       For the second part, natural mosquito repellent was made by extracting natural Torbangun with high-purity alcohol. Natural mosquito repellent is acquired one month after mixing the two. Every participant could bring the mosquito repellents home as souvenir.

       TAYA Pristine Homeland Foundation randomly holds family day events. In addition to environmental protection, the events also allow employees to revitalize during the weekends, be close with nature, improve family relationships, and increasing work efficiency.
