The Ta Ya Group strives to become a leading brand in energy integration, offering comprehensive energy chain services that encompass the generation, transmission, conversion, storage and management of energy. In terms of energy conversion, our enameled wire business unit has been dedicated to the development of wire products for electric vehicles in recent years. From April 12th (Wednesday) to April 15th (Saturday), we participated in the “TAIPEI AMPA” and “AUTOTRONICS Taipei” held at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei, showcasing the strength of our enameled wire products.
The Ta Ya Group spares no effort in the development of electric vehicle-related wire materials. As the first manufacturer in Taiwan to introduce the In-Line production equipment for rectangular magnet wire, our product, “Low-k Dielectric Enameled Wire (LDW),” obtained an invention patent in April 2017. Its main feature is the effective prevention of partial discharges, thereby extending the lifespan of motors. This product is primarily used in specialized wire materials for green and environmentally friendly electric motorcycles, electric cars and electric buses.
In terms of product quality, apart from obtaining the IATF 16949 certification for automotive industry quality management system, Chairman Shen Shang-Hung of Ta Ya Group expressed the unwavering commitment to the “well begun is half done” philosophy. Equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for rectangular magnet wire, our aim is to provide customers in the electric vehicle and related industries with the finest quality and service. One of our esteemed clients, “Fukuta Motor,” has collaborated with Ta Ya for over three decades. They not only exclusively use Ta Ya's enameled wire but have also jointly developed hairpin-related wire materials for electric vehicle motors, which have been adopted by their customers. Another valued client, “Bigbest Solutions, Inc.,” incorporates Ta Ya’s enameled wire in their production of brushless DC motor (BLDC) and other products, garnering positive feedback regarding product quality from their customers.
In the future, as part of the strategic layout of Ta Ya Group’s enameled wire business, efforts will be made to maintain product competitiveness while continuously integrating internal resources within the group. This will involve collaborating with customers to develop related products for electric vehicle applications, such as thermal dissipation wires (TDW) and impulse-frequency dissipation wires (IFDW). Additionally, through the affiliated company “AMIT system service LTD., the Ta Ya Group will leverage its expertise in motor design, combining it with the provision of our own related wire materials, to uphold an innovative and adaptable spirit. By offering comprehensive services spanning the entire value chain from upstream to downstream, the aim is to provide stability in the development of the group’s scale and diversified business strategy, ultimately establishing a complete layout within the energy industry chain.
