This commitment applies to TAYA Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises (subsidiaries) over which it has substantive control, and requires first-tier suppliers, second-tier suppliers, and all value chain partners with operational and business relationships with the Group to comply with this policy.
TAYA Group’s biodiversity and no-deforestation actions are regularly reviewed and managed by the Sustainability Development Committee, and progress and performance are reported annually to the Board of Directors for oversight; daily management is conducted by the Corporate Planning Office through regular review and implementation, including identification of potential impacts and dependencies, establishment of biodiversity targets, and impact response and management, in order to fulfill TAYA Group’s commitment to biodiversity and forest conservation.
