The 2017 Vietnam International Industrial Fair was held from October 18 to 21 in the Hanoi International Exhibition Center. During this fair, the new CIS of the Taya Group was unveiled to the Vietnamese public for the first time upon completion of registration in mid-2017. Sustained economic growth draws increasing attention to safety issues associated with large buildings and public construction projects. Taya’s heat and fire-resistant cables have received growing attention from construction businesses and are therefore expected to turn into the main products of the company in the upcoming years.
The 2017 Vietnam International Industrial Fair that has a long history in northern Vietnam focuses on electrical, electronical, and energy equipment and relevant components. Against the backdrop of continued development in northern Vietnam, it is expected that an increase in large-scale construction projects and continued investments by domestic and international manufacturers in plant construction will lead to a rising demand for cables.
The Taya Vietnam plant in Hai Duong Province has participated in this fair since 2014. This year, the company’s exhibits focused on low-voltage electric wires and cables, heat- and fire-resistant cables, LSFH (low-smoke free-halogen) cables, and control cables. Safety issues associated with large buildings and public construction projects have drawn rising attention in Vietnam in recent years. 600V low-voltage heat- and fire-resistant cables play a key role in fire safety and escape systems. In case of emergencies, heat- and fire-resistant cables are responsible for the power transmission for escape systems and therefore receive special attention from businesses.
During this Industrial Fair, the new CIS of the Taya Group was unveiled to the Vietnamese public. All booths at the fair employ the widely appraised decoration design, bright colors, and fresh image developed by the Taya Group. The fair service personnel seized every opportunity to explain the new logo imagery resembling a dragon with a tilted-back head formed by the English company name “Taya Group” and a single turning and twisting stroke. Red symbolizes Taya’s spirit of continuous improvements and pursuit of excellence. The metallic, copperish color represents Taya’s wire & cable business and the company’s emphasis on innovation and change.
